The Department of Mechanical Engineering made its beginning with the establishment of the college. It offers a 4 years (8 Semesters) B.Tech. course (with an intake of 30 students). Over the years the department has nurtured young minds to produce bright able Mechanical Engineers.

The Department of Mechanical Engineering is one of the most reputed and well established departments. It has carved a niche for itself in terms of competent and experienced faculty, well equipped laboratories, modern workshops and related infrastructure. The talented and experienced staff of the department endeavor to ‘train the brains and impart skills to the hands’ using ultra-modern equipments.
