Teachers play a very important role in a student's life. It is the teachers, to a great extent who decide the shape a student's life will take. It is necessary to be adequately equipped with resources that will make the teacher a perfect role model to the students. To achieve this,  D.El.Ed. was introduced, which will teach a person about teaching and the various aspects associated with teaching.

If you have the passion for teaching and want to take teaching as your profession, this D.El.Ed. degree is considered compulsory. Whether you are an arts or a science graduate, you need to have the Bachelor's degree.

Our Union Government 's National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE), has mandated that all untrained primary teachers of Government, Government-aided and private schools will compulsorily need to undergo the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).

As per the Union Government order, all State Governments primary school teachers should obtain the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) by March 2019. Failing this, they would be removed.
This rule will be equally applicable to all primary teachers of Government, semi-Government, and Private and Government-aided schools.  All primary teachers teaching Classes from I to VIII come under the scope of this order.

The school imparts study in all the major aspects of education field. Apart from theory, the students also go through practical training.
