In pursuit of quality education, BGC attempts to reach the most deserving and meritorious student by providing a study grant. It is our ongoing effort to encourage and provide substantial support to prospective students by constantly giving them scholarships and financial assistance.

The Institution has separate girls and boys hostels. The homely atmosphere of the hostels provides a greater interaction among the students from different cultures and enhances the scope of learning. The hostel facility is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

The library of BGC has around 10,000 books of different disciplines. Book bank facilities are provided to each student. The library has more than 50 different magazines, technical journals to enhance the knowledge of students.

The National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is an all-digital library that stores information (metadata) about different types of digital contents including books, articles, videos, audios, thesis and other educational materials relevant for users from varying educational levels and capabilities. It provides a single-window search facility so that learners can retrieve the right resources with the least effort in minimum time. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provide interface support for the leading vernacular languages. It is available on all popular forms of access devices including mobile apps on Android and iOS platforms.

• NDL has been designed to benefit all kinds of users like students (of all levels), teachers, researchers, librarians, library users, professionals, differently abled users and all other lifelong learners.

This is thus like a ‘customized service’ provided in a 24x7 integrated environment where learners can find out the right resource with least effort and in minimum time.
• Repository hosts contents from multiple subject domains like Technology, Science, Humanities, Agriculture and others.
• More than 60 types of learning resources are available - books, articles, manuscripts, video lectures, thesis, etc.
• Items are available in more than 70 languages.
• Repository integrates contents from different Indian Institutional Repositories.

BGC has a panel of doctors to deal with emergency situations. There is a tie-up with a hospital in close proximity to the campus, where the students can avail of medical facilities at the subsidized rates.

The five S's of sports training are stamina, speed, strength. skill, and spirit; but the greatest of these is spirit. "BGC provides sports facilities to the students for indoor as well as outdoor games.

In tandem with the general focus on overall pe development at BGC, the students are encouraged to participate in a variety of co-curricular activities throughout the stay. The Institution also runs different cells successfully; placement cell, cultural cell, sports cell wherein a democratic way students keep on organizing various cultural events like fashion shows, musical nights, plays & various competitions time to time.

The campus cafeteria provides students with delicious food and beverages.

BGC provides transport facilities to students from different cities.

The security department provides the necessary electronic security support system with more than 150 CCTV cam safety of the students and staff.

The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled with a high-speed connection to allow the students to access the internet no matter wherever they are. The coverage of Wi-Fi is not only restricted to classrooms but also extends to all the areas including Library Auditorium, Cafeteria, and Hostels.
